At Popstrukt, we understand that furniture is a significant investment. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our guidelines below regarding returns, exchanges, and warranties.

1. The 14-Day "Change of Mind" Guarantee
If your purchase isn’t exactly what you expected, you may return it for a refund within 14 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:

• Notification: You must notify us at info@popstrukt.com within 14 days of delivery or alternatively click here to access our returns portal.
• Condition: Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.
• Shipping Fees: For "Change of Mind" returns, the customer is liable for all return shipping costs. If you need Popstrukt to arrange a courier to collect the items, a fee of no less than 6.5% of the total order value will be deducted from your refund.
• Refunds:  It may take up to 15 working days to process refunds from the date we receive the returned item.
• Exclusions: This guarantee does not apply to:
  - Items purchased through third-party vendors (e.g., Takealot, OneDayOnly).
  - Final Sale, "Last Chance," "Bonus Finds," or Sample Sale items.

2. Two-Year Manufacturer Warranty
All Popstrukt products are backed by a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

• Coverage: If a product fails due to a manufacturing fault within two years of purchase, we will replace the item at no cost to you.
• Resolution: If the item is out of stock, we will offer a full refund or a replacement of equal value.
• Exclusions: This warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by the customer.

3. Damaged or Defective Deliveries
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged during transit or has a visible defect:

• Notify us immediately (within 14 days).
• For damaged returns, we exclusively use our own courier services to ensure the item is handled correctly.
• In cases of verified transit damage or manufacturer faults, the 6.5% shipping fee will be waived.

Please note: This does not affect your statutory rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA). If an item, including a discounted item, develops a material manufacturing defect within 6 months of delivery, you are eligible for a repair, replacement, or full refund. In accordance with the CPA, Popstrukt reserves the right to inspect the item to verify the defect. This warranty protects both parties and does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, user negligence, or incorrect assembly.
