NOTE:

    • Please notify us of any defects or dissatisfaction within 14 days of receiving the product.
    • Please keep all your packaging for 14 days.

    • All our products come with a two year manufacturer warranty. 
    • All products returned without manufacturers faults, transit damage and/or in it's original packaging will incur a shipping fee of no less than 6.5% of total value upon refund.

Furniture is a big investment, so if it's not what you wanted, or not what you expected we are not going to force you to keep it, we're not like that, we strive to have happy customers. 

All you have to do is notify us of your dissatisfaction within 14 days of receipt, so please keep your packaging for this period. We will then arrange that the product is collected from your address by our couriers and delivered back to us. 

If the product arrives back without any damages and in the same condition we shipped it in we will refund you in full. Returns are free of charge. Replacements might incur a small shipping charge. 

All our products are covered by a two year manufacturer warranty and should your product have any manufacturing defects during this period we will gladly replace the item at no cost.

THE LONG STORY 

Returns.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your product has arrived at your address, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase as well as email notification of refund within the above mentioned 14 day period.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will NOT be refunded. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will NOT be refunded.
The customer will be liable for all courier costs incurred in the return of the product.

Returns.
All our products are covered by a two year manufacturing defect warranty. What this means is that should your product have any defect that is as direct result of the manufacturing process during this two year period we will gladly replace the product. 

If the product is no longer in stock we will provide you with a full refund or replacement item of your choice but not in excess of the value of your faulty item. 


Refund period.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 60 of days of such notification.


Late or missing refunds.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@popstrukt.com.

Sale items (SAMPLE SALE ITEMS ONLY).
Unfortunately products used as samples by Popstrukt and sold on sale cannot be refunded.

Exchanges.
We will exchange a product only with the same product.

Refunds.
We will apply a full refund regardless of the reason for return, barring the product adheres to above mentioned terms and the customer will be liable for all courier costs.

Gifts.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

To return your product, you should courier your product to:

You are free to use a courier service of your choice for the return of the product, alternatively we can arrange for our courier services to collect the item and the amount will be deducted off your refund.

NOTE: For damaged product returns, we only make use of our courier services.

You will be responsible for all costs incurred with regards to shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The cost of returned goods will be no less than 6.5% of the total value of the products being returned. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please Note: If you choose to make use of your own courier service you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
