SHIPPING

Your order is placed by our automated online checkout system into a processing queue and if your item is in stock it is shipped within 1 business day. Delivery time is approximately 2 -10 working days from dispatch.

We offer free delivery for all flatpack furniture, and a flat rate for homeware items. See checkout page for latest rates. 

Regional and Township (Outlying) areas may incur additional costs as well as an extended delivery time. Popstrukt reserves the right to communicate this to the customer after checkout, due to third party quotations that are involved in this process. In such cases, the shipping cost calculated at the end of the checkout process may not be final and subject to change.

We will forward a tracking number and details to you as soon as your parcel is dispatched. 

Assembled Delivery

All Cape Town assembled deliveries are to be made to the door of the customer’s premises only. All Johannesburg and Durban assemblies are done on-site by third-party assemblers. Popstrukt may offer referrals to third-party service providers for on-site furniture assembly.
