We have a team of third-party service providers who can assist with assembly where required, in specific areas only. Should you need an full assembly service please contact info@popstrukt.com and we will put you in touch with the relevant person in your area*. Please note that this service is billed on a per case basis and carried out by a third-party in most areas. 

*Please note our third-party assembly service network currently only covers the following areas:

- Cape Town city bowl and immediate surroundings
- Stellenbosch and its immediate surroundings
- Paarl
- Bellville/Durbanville and immediate surroundings
- Johannesburg and immediate surroundings
- Pretoria and immediate surroundings

In some areas, the units will be assembled on-premise after you have taken delivery of the unit. In this case, the date and time will be confirmed ahead of schedule. Please be aware that assembled deliveries may take longer than flat-packed deliveries. 

Shipping

We ship from our warehouse in Cape Town. 

After placing your order you will receive shipping updates via email. If your order is in stock you will be notified once your order has left our warehouse. You can track your parcel with the tracking details provided. *Please note tracking is only accurate the day after purchase. 

- CT: 24 - 48 hour delivery
- Other Cities: 48 - 72 hour delivery
- Outlying: add 24 hours to the above schedule

Unless stated otherwise all products are in stock. Pre-order clients will receive notifications once their order has been dispatched.

If you reside in Cape Town and the surrounding areas, you could collect from our warehouse. Please contact info@popstrukt.com to arrange this.

We offer free shipping on all our flatpack furniture products.

For non furniture items, shipping is charged at a flat rate. See our checkout for the latest rates.

Regional and Township (Outlying) areas may incur additional costs as well as an extended delivery time. Popstrukt reserves the right to communicate this to the customer after checkout, due to third party quotations that are involved in this process. In such cases, the shipping cost calculated at the end of the checkout process may not be final and subject to change.

General

Our metal products are pre-treated and then powder coated which provides additional protection in terms of durability and weatherability over time. Please note that any metal products are prone to rust or damage if left exposed to the elements all year round or where damages expose the bare metal. Therefore we recommend that our furniture be used indoors and away from damp areas to reduce the risk of corrosion/rust.

At the moment only the doors of your Sugar Cubes can be reversed. See instructions here.

We offer multiple colourways across the Popstrukt range. Note that all items are not available in all colours. Should you need product or colour assistance contact our team at info@popstrukt.com.

We are an online business and do not have a physical store but some of our retail partners carry our products in store. Please check the list of stockists here to find the stockist with a physical store closest to you.

Although we do everything in our power to avoid any possible damages, accidents happen. If you receive a damaged/faulty product we will replace the damaged part with a replacement free of charge. Let us know via email atinfo@popstrukt.com(please include your invoice/order number as a reference as well as photos). We will then arrange for a courier to collect the damaged/faulty item at a time that suits your convenience and send you a replacement.
