Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship from our warehouse in Cape Town.

    After placing your order you will receive shipping updates and tracking details via email. *Please note tracking is only accurate the day after shipping confirmation is sent.

    - CT and surrounds: 1-2 working days
    - Other Cities: 1-3 working days
    - Outlying: add 1-2 days working to the above schedule

    Unless otherwise stated, all products are in stock. Pre-order clients will receive notifications once their order has been dispatched.

  • We offer free shipping on all our flatpack furniture products. The free shipping threshold has an order value of R1,000.

    For non furniture items, shipping is charged at a flat rate. See our checkout for the latest rates.

  • Yes, we ship our products all over the globe. Get in touch if you're wanting delivery outside of SA.

    Please note that free shipping is not applicable for international orders and that shipping rates could vary depending on your region.

  • We ship across the whole of South Africa.

Product

  • 25kg per tier (shelf, top and/or base) MAX 100kg per unit. If the weight in or on your unit impacts it's functionality, reduce the weight and redistribute the weight. 

  • You can purchase a new lock and key here.

  • Our products are intended for indoor use. All our products are pre-treated for additional rust prevention. But as is the nature of steel furniture, the chances of it eventually rusting if exposed to direct salty ocean air, wind, sunlight, rain or damp conditions are high.

  • Our metal products are pre-treated and then powder coated which provides additional protection in terms of durability and weatherability over time. Please note that any metal products are prone to rust or damage if left exposed to the elements all year round or where damages expose the bare metal. Therefore we recommend that our furniture be used indoors and away from damp areas to reduce the risk of corrosion/rust.

  • We work in product families, with colourways designed for each specific family to offer a wider selection across our product ranges.

  • Although we do everything in our power to avoid any possible damages, accidents happen. If you receive a damaged/faulty product we will replace the damaged part/unit free of charge. Let us know via email at info@popstrukt.com (please include your invoice/order number as a reference as well as photos). We will then arrange for a courier to collect the damaged/faulty item at a time that suits your convenience and send you a replacement.

  • Yes, we offer assembly services. We provide assembly within a 40km radius of Cape Town, Johannesburg, and Durban. Johannesburg and Durban services are handled by third-party providers, on-site, after delivery has taken place.

    If you need assembly, select 'Assembled Delivery' at checkout or contact info@popstrukt.com, and we’ll connect you with a service provider.

    Important Notes:

    • Assembly is billed per case.
    • Services are typically done on-site after delivery, except for Cape Town.
    • Assembled orders may take longer than flat-packed deliveries, with scheduling confirmed in advance.
  • In some cases it could be that the paint has dried a bit thicker in the hole. Please see this handy video to fix the problem.

  • This just means your unit needs to be leveled. We've made a nifty video showing you how.

Warranty & Repair

  • All our products are subject to quality control.

    Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.

    The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 2 months of noticing any defects.

    It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.

    Returns & Refunds

    • Yes, we offer full and partial refunds.

      Please enquire for more information about our Refund policy.

    • A refund request can be submitted within a month after the purchase is made.

    • In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, or if the product has a manufacturing defect or courier damage, you are eligible for a full refund.

      In the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you are eligible for a partial refund.

      In the case when a product has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you are not eligible for a refund.

      Please check our Terms of Service to see if you're eligible for a refund.

    • If the refund is due to a manufacuring defect or courier damage, then Popstrukt will carry the cost.

      For any other reason, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.

      In the case of free shipping on the original order, shipping costs are calculated at up to 6% of the total order value

    General

    • We are an online business and do not have a physical store but some of our retail partners carry our products in store. Please check the list of stockists here to find the stockist with a physical store closest to you, or contact your nearest stockists.

    • To receive the 15% discount code you have to be a subscriber to our emails.  You can subscribe by using the link.
