At Popstrukt we believe in placing the design process at the heart of everything we do. And while the application of this principle might seem obvious when it comes to our flatpack furniture it extends to every aspect of our business.

One example of this is our online only distribution model, which is illustrated in the diagram below.

In an old school retail model the furniture journey from the manufacturer to the end user requires a number of steps. Each of these steps - warehousing, the employment of sales and retail staff as well as the costs associated with logistics and distribution - are added to the retail price you pay.

More than a product of necessity our direct-to-you online only distribution model has been intentionally designed to allow us to create high quality furniture, using high quality materials at prices that often seem too good to be true. By streamlining the retail process and cutting out all the middlemen (we call them the middle-many) that usually form part of the retail supply chain we are able to keep our overheads and accumulated costs down, and we can pass this value on to you.
