Between year-end fatigue and petrol prices doing their thing, we know patience is in short supply. We’re a small crew working flat out - thank you for giving us a little extra grace.

Shipping & Delivery

Black Friday week puts enormous strain on courier networks. Depots fill to the brim, parcels get stacked high, and the risk of courier handling damage skyrockets.

To make sure your order arrives in the exact condition it left our warehouse, we have a few different shipping options available.

    • Free (Flat-Pack) Shipping (Dispatches from 1 December):
      Choose standard free delivery on all furniture, and we’ll hold your order safely at our warehouse until the parcel storm settles. We will begin dispatching from 1 December, ensuring a much smoother, safer journey to your home.
    • Priority & Reinforced Shipping (R500 – Ships Immediately):
      Can’t wait? We completely understand. Choose this option, and our warehouse team will add reinforced protective packaging to your boxes to buffer against rough depot transit, and dispatch your order immediately.
    • Assembly Options:
      Same as always, but please note there will be delay on assemblies for all areas. Urgent assemblies can't be accommodated. 

  • Due to higher parcel volumes during the sale, our courier partners take a little longer than usual to complete their routes.

    Please allow for an additional 1–3 working days over and above our standard delivery timeframes. We pack and hand over your flat-pack order with care to make sure it arrives in mint condition - thank you for your patience while it makes its way to your space.

  • We offer free shipping on all our flatpack furniture products. The free shipping threshold has an order value of R1,000, but during the sale these orders will only ship from 1 December.

    Alternatively, we've made a R500 priority shipping option available. We will add reinforced protective packaging to your boxes to buffer against rough depot transit, and dispatch your order immediately.

    For non furniture items, shipping is charged at a flat rate. See our checkout for the latest rates.

  • We ship across the whole of South Africa.

  • If you see it on our website, it’s in stock and ready to go. Everything available online is sitting in our warehouse, waiting to revitalise your space.   

    Exactly when it leaves our doors comes down to the shipping option you select at checkout.

  • Please email us at info@popstrukt.com if you'd prefer to collect your order.

General

  • Simply paste your code into the discount box at checkout before completing payment. Please note that subscriber codes apply strictly to full-priced pieces and cannot be combined with already-discounted sale items or other promotional offers.

  • Your gift must be selected directly in your cart before you head to checkout:

    • Orders over R8,000: Choose between a Bubblegum Wall Hook in Forest Green or a Waffle Medium Basket in Black or Soft Violet.   
    • Orders over R15,000: You'll unlock a Crumpet Basket Set to complete your storage setup.   

    Because our packing system is automated, free gifts must be added in the cart at the time of purchase to be included with your delivery. 
    Free gifts are available while stocks last and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • Because our order processing begins immediately once checkout is complete, discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to an existing order.
