Our Return Policy

Furniture is a big investment, so if it's not what you wanted, or not what you expected, we will gladly exchange or refund your order.  

All you have to do is notify us of your dissatisfaction within 14 days of receipt. Please keep your packaging for this period. We will then arrange that the product is collected from your address by our couriers and delivered back to us. 

If the product arrives back without any damages and in the same condition we shipped it in we will continue to process your refund less shipping costs (charged at no less than 6.5% of your total order value). 

Refund may take up to 15 working days to process, from when we receive the returned item. 

Exceptions

All discounted items - including those purchased from our Last Chance or Bonus Finds collections - are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Please review product details carefully before completing your purchase.

  • In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, or if the product has a manufacturing defect or courier damage, you are eligible for a full refund.

    In the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you are eligible for a partial refund.

    In the case when a product has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you are not eligible for a refund.

  • If the refund is due to a manufacuring defect or courier damage, then Popstrukt will carry the cost.

    For any other reason, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.

    In the case of free shipping on the original order, shipping costs are calculated at up to 6.5% of the total order value
