You are right, this specific unit came from a small batch where a tolerance issue caused some holes not to align as smoothly as intended. We identified this shortly after, provided a short term workaround, and have since corrected the issue at manufacturing level so it does not affect current or future stock. As this is the first production run of a new range that has been in development for a long time, we take this seriously, and we are committed to learning quickly and improving the product with every batch.

We understand that needing a workaround is frustrating, especially when your previous Popstrukt piece assembled very easily, and we appreciate you raising it, it helped us address the problem quickly.

Importantly, the issue does not affect the strength, stability, or longevity of the product once assembled. That said, if you would prefer a replacement from the corrected batch when new stock arrives, we are more than happy to arrange this for you.
